The Gospel Message

God

God is the Creator of all things – you, me, and all the world around us. He created us in His own image and He loves us. He designed us to have life with Him forever, but He also gave us a freedom of choice.

“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” – Genesis 1:1

Man

Even though God created us to have a relationship with Him, we sinned against Him. Sin is anything that we do that disobeys God. All of us – every single one – have sinned against Him.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” – Romans 3:23

Seperation

God is perfect, and He cannot have any sin in His presence. Because of our sin, we are separated from God and in judgment by God. Nothing that we can do can fix the problem of sin in our lives.

“For the wages of sin is death” – Romans 6:23a

Jesus

God loved us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins. He came to the earth, lived among us, and was crucified to pay the punishment for our sins. Three days later, He rose again to conquer death.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” -John 3:16

Faith

The Bible says that if we confess our sins and believe in Jesus Christ that we will be saved. It is a free gift of grace, not based off of anything that we do. It is only based on faith in Jesus and the work He did for us.

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.” – Ephesians 2:8-9

Life

If we believe in Jesus and the work that He did on the cross, then we will have forgiveness from our sins and eternal life with Him.

“He who has the Son has life…. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.” – 1 John 5:12-13

Are you interested in putting your faith in Jesus for the forgiveness of your sin? The Bible says that “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:13). We would invite you now to do that by praying to God. Here is a suggested prayer:

Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and do not deserve eternal life. But I believe You died and rose from the grave to purchase a place in heaven for me. Jesus, come into my life, take control of my life, forgive my sins, and save me. I am now placing my trust in You alone for my salvation, and I receive your free gift of eternal life. Amen.

If this prayer is the sincere desire of your heart, believe the promise of Jesus, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has eternal life” (John 6:47). If you have just received Jesus as your Savior and are now trusting in Him for eternal life, please let us know. We would love to rejoice with you and help you grow in your walk with God!
